Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of purchase to request an exchange or return for store credit on eligible items.

There is a $10 Return Shipping Fee for Returned Items that is deducted from the refunded store credit amount. We do not charge a restocking fee. 

Eligibility for Exchange or Store Credit

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • An apparel item (non-apparel items are final sale)

  • In the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with original tags attached

  • Shipped back within 14 days of the purchase date

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Eligible items can be exchanged for a different size or color if in stock, or returned for store credit

We do not warranty products past the normal 14 day return window. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear or manufacturer defect observed past the 14 day return window.

Items sent without approval will not be accepted. Store credit will be issued once the product has been received back in store and inspected in accordance with the above eligibility requirements.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, so we can make it right. In order to receive store credit, you must send evidence of defect, damage or incorrect item prior to a return label being provided. If approved, store credit will be issued for the purchase amount and you will not be charged for return shipping. We are not responsible for user error and a refund will not be granted if the returned item shows no evidence of defect or damage upon inspection by store staff. 


Final Sale Items

All sales are final on the following:

  • Non-apparel products (including gifts, accessories, grooming products, and services)

  • Artwork, Swimwear, Underwear

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

We do not offer exchanges, returns, or store credit for these items.
