Shipping Policy - The Dapper Den
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Methods & Rates
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (3-5 business days)
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days)
- Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders over $100
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. International orders typically arrive within 7-21 business days, depending on customs processing and local postal services.
Note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly through our shipping carriers' websites or by logging into your account on our website.
Shipping Damage & Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with, please contact the carrier immediately and send us photos to info@thedapperdenlg.com. For lost packages, please contact the carrier or local law enforcement if your tracking shows the package as delivered but you haven't received it. We will attempt to help locate the package to the best of our ability but are not responsible for lost packages due to carrier issues.
Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee address changes. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@thedapperdenlg.com. We'll do our best to accommodate the change if the order hasn't been processed yet.
Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday seasons, processing and shipping times may be extended. We recommend placing orders early to ensure delivery by your desired date. Specific holiday shipping deadlines will be posted on our website and announced via email.
